Founding Story

Starting from clinical frustration

On 2017-08-19, Margaret Jones Pritzker founded Neurovia Holdings. The company began with a frustration that surfaced repeatedly on the clinical front lines: imaging, pathology, and omics data sat in silos while physicians made high-stakes decisions from fragmented information—and the intelligence tools available were either hard to explain or impossible to embed in existing EHR / PACS.

The gap the founders saw was not "another model," but an auditable, on-premises, multimodal medical intelligence system that could enter the primary clinical workflow.

Early workspace: imaging and research workbench
Early workbench

Make early detection and trusted decisions the default capability for healthcare institutions worldwide—not a privilege reserved for a few centers.

— Founding conviction

We chose predictive oncology and medical imaging as our entry points, designing algorithms, engineering, and clinical workflows together. From day one, the goal was not a demo—but a system that could be signed off, audited, and used continuously in real departments.

01 / Mission

Mission

Make early detection and trusted clinical decisions the default capability for every healthcare institution.

We come to work each day to put explainable AI into the primary clinical workflow.

02 / Vision

Vision

In ten years, global oncology and imaging networks will rely on Neurovia as trusted multimodal intelligence infrastructure.

Become the system partner institutions trust most through their AI transformation.

Values

How we make decisions

01

Clinical trust

Outputs that cannot be explained or audited do not enter the primary pathway.

02

Workflow embedding

AI should fit the physician's existing rhythm—not create another island.

03

Customer success

We succeed when customer departments complete pilots and see real metrics.

04

Data sovereignty

Patient safety and data residency take priority over deployment speed.

05

Long-term thinking

Build architecture that serves for a decade—not a one-time demo.
