Founding Story
Starting from clinical frustration
On 2017-08-19, Margaret Jones Pritzker founded Neurovia Holdings. The company began with a frustration that surfaced repeatedly on the clinical front lines: imaging, pathology, and omics data sat in silos while physicians made high-stakes decisions from fragmented information—and the intelligence tools available were either hard to explain or impossible to embed in existing EHR / PACS.
The gap the founders saw was not "another model," but an auditable, on-premises, multimodal medical intelligence system that could enter the primary clinical workflow.
Make early detection and trusted decisions the default capability for healthcare institutions worldwide—not a privilege reserved for a few centers.
— Founding conviction
We chose predictive oncology and medical imaging as our entry points, designing algorithms, engineering, and clinical workflows together. From day one, the goal was not a demo—but a system that could be signed off, audited, and used continuously in real departments.
